Shipping and processing

We process and ship orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday evening will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed before 15:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders after 15:00 PM CST

Orders placed after 15:00 PM CST will be shipped the following morning.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. It usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

Shipment marked as delivered, but not received

A shipment may appear as delivered in the tracking system even though it is still in transit.
